I think that this means, we have many things to face in our lives, but rather than obsessing over the things we can’t change, we can say, “This will get better,” and remind ourselves that, some things will always be bad in life. But if we keep ourselves locked on what is bad, then our lives won’t be very happy. We will be full of bitter, angry feelings, and will be bitter, angry people.
